Malcolm McKinnon and Stephen Eastaugh have completed a short documentary about Stephen’s extraordinary self initiated maritime art residency. 

The preview of UNANCHORED WORLD has now been released with release details of the full documentary to follow soon.

Stephen Eastaugh will present a solo with Blockprojects in March 2019.

Congratulations to Blockprojects artist Stephen Eastaugh who has been selected for a residency throughout August and September 2019 at 18th Street Art Center, Santa Monica, California.

18th Street Arts Center’s visiting artist residency program has hosted more than 500 artists from dozens of countries around the world since it first began in 1992. Over the past 29 years, more than 8,000 diverse visual and performing artists have participated in programs at 18th Street Arts Center ranging from group and individual exhibitions to special events and presentations.

STEPHEN EASTAUGH CURRENTLY AN ARTIST IN RESIDENCE AT RIMBUN DAHAN, MALAYSIA

Blockprojects artist Stephen Eastaugh is currently undertaking a residency at Rimbun Dahan on the outskirts of Kualar Lumpur, Malaysia. Travel is integral to Eastaugh’s practice, and he will spend the next three months developing new work during his stay.

STEPHEN EASTAUGH SELECTED FOR A TWO MONTH RESIDENCY AT NORDIC ARTISTS’ CENTRE DALE

Stephen Eastaugh has been selected to spend two months at the Nordic Artists’ Centre Dale (NKD) in 2017. Over 1500 applications were received for the 2017 program, which is funded by the Norwegian Ministry Of Culture to support the work international artists, designers and architects. Nordic Artists’ Centre Dale is situated in the village of Dale, Fjaler, on the West Coast of Norway.
