STEPHEN EASTAUGH

biography:

Stephen Eastaugh has more than 100 solo exhibitions and more than 140 group exhibitions to his name since beginning his artistic career. In 1985 Eastaugh achieved a Diploma of Education from the University of Tasmania, Hobart. He then went on to receive a Certificate of Achievement at the University of Oslo, Norway in 1982 and undertook a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne from 1979 to 1981.

Eastaugh has grown from strength to strength, travelling the globe and taking up residencies in remote locations from Greenland in the north to Antarctica in the south and everywhere in between. His work is featured in collections at the National Gallery of Australia, Nevada Museum of Art. USA, Upernavik Museum. Greenland and more.
